These terms govern purchases made through Sonora. By placing an order, you agree to these standard commercial terms.

Ordering & Pricing

Flooring is sold in whole cartons as indicated on each product specification sheet. Displayed square-foot prices are derived from carton pricing for customer convenience. Prices are subject to change prior to order confirmation.

Delivery & Site Requirements

All flooring shipments are curbside deliveries. The delivery location must be accessible by standard freight truck. Deliveries unable to be completed due to inaccessible streets, locked gates, or customer absence during scheduled appointments may incur carrier redelivery or storage charges.

Inspection Prior to Installation

Wood is a natural material displaying organic variations in grain, color, and character marks. It is the responsibility of the installer and property owner to inspect all boards prior to installation. The installation of any board constitutes complete acceptance of its visual appearance and grade.
