Shipping and delivery

We deliver samples and complete flooring shipments across Washington, Oregon, California, and Idaho with transparent tracking and dedicated freight handling.

Sample shipments

Individual plank sample boxes ship via parcel carrier (FedEx or UPS Ground) within one business day of order placement and arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Your first sample box is free, and parcel tracking is emailed the moment it leaves our warehouse.

Flooring freight delivery

Flooring orders ship on banded, moisture-wrapped wood pallets via specialized freight carriers. Transit typically takes 5 to 8 business days across our Pacific Northwest and West Coast delivery zones.

All residential freight deliveries include liftgate service to lower the pallet to the curb or driveway. The carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to schedule an appointment window.

Receiving and inspection

An adult must be present at delivery to inspect the pallet and sign the delivery receipt. Carefully count cartons and note any visible damage to boxes or bands on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.

In the rare event of transit damage, take clear photos of the damaged cartons while still on the pallet and contact us within 48 hours. We replace damaged material immediately at no charge.

Trade and oversized shipments

Orders over 3,000 sq ft or multiple truckloads receive dedicated commercial logistics coordination with optional job-site flatbed and forklift offloading upon request.
