Installation, care, and delivery
Installation
Subfloor must be clean, dry, and flat within 3/16" over 10 ft. Acclimate unopened cartons for 48–72 hours at 65°F–75°F and 35%–55% humidity before laying. Suitable for floating, glue-down, or nail-down installation.
Care and maintenance
Sweep or vacuum weekly with a soft-brush head. Clean with a pH-neutral hardwood cleaner and a lightly damp microfiber mop. Keep indoor humidity between 35% and 55%, and protect legs with felt pads.
Delivery
By freight to your curb in 5–8 days. The carrier calls to schedule a time. Inspect the cartons for visible damage before you sign for them.
